We have vacancies in the following profiles:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ENGAGEMENT AS A VOCATIONAL TRAINER

  1. All Positions are on contractual basis.
  2. Only eligible candidates will be called/shortlisted for written exam & Interview.
  3. Application fee Rs 200/- (Non-refundable) shall be charged for applying to said posts in the form of NEFT or Net Banking in favour of Olive Heritage Foundation
  4. The candidates shall have to appear in a written examination followed by interview.
  5. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates appearing for the written examination and Interview.
  6. The selection shall be done purely on merit and performance basis in accordance to the Eligibility Criteria fixed by Pandit Sunder Lal Sharma Central Institute of Vocational Education, Bhopal (PSSCIVE) or any amendments thereof made by Directorate of Samagra Shiksha, J&K.
  7. The selected candidates shall be mandated to join within 10 days of issuance of final Selection list. Also, the selected candidates shall submit a set of self-attested requisite documents to Olive Heritage Foundation and another set to the concerned Head of Institution.
  8. The selected candidate shall also submit an affidavit (attested by 1st Class Magistrate) with an undertaking that all the documents so submitted are original and not been forged. If any of these documents or credentials are found forged, the candidate concerned shall be liable for the warranted actions under law and this may lead to his/her termination.
  9. If the selected candidate after engagement as a Vocational Trainer is found indulging in any unlawful activities such as rise the demand/approach against the State policy and against the management of establishment in which he/she is deployed during the course of his/her employment, which creates hamper to carry out business of company as well as establishment, his/her contract of fix term employment will be ceased accordingly. Any financial irreparable loss incurred due to his/her unlawful activities. The same shall be recovered from such candidate by filling a Civil suit for compensation in the civil court or in the appropriate form.
  10. The selected candidate will be employed with Olive Heritage Foundation directly; he/she will not raise any question or dispute against the State Govt. or the establishment in which he/she is or has been employed. If he/she has any grievances with the company, he/she can register/submit before the management of Olive Heritage Foundation in case he/she will file any complain/demand against the State Govt., will be liable for the pros & cons.
  11. If the candidate wishes to resign from the Company, he/she has to serve ‘One month’ notice period. In the absence of written advance notice of one month, he/she will be requiring to pay one month’s gross salary to the Company. On acceptance of the separation notice, he/she will immediately handover all correspondence, formulae, books, documents, cost data, market data, literature, drawings and effects before relieving and shall not make or retain any copies of these items.
  12. The employment of the candidate will be terminated with immediate effect, if found indulge in any disciplinary activities, Major misconducts, misbehave, violating employment conditions and damaging company reputation/spirit of the Vocational Education.
